Ronnie grew up in this trade. He was crawling through Central Texas attics and installing AC units before he was old enough to drive, and he learned how the big HVAC chains really work from the inside of the industry.
Chains paid their people to sell equipment, not to fix it. A salesman would walk into a hot, worried family's home and quote a brand-new system, even when the real problem was often a $150 part. It really bothered us seeing hot, desperate families being oversold and overcharged by a company that was supposed to help them. We new there was a better way to run an HVAC company, so...
Heritage Air launched with a new model - Direct-To-Technician. When you call Heritage Air, the (salary!) technician who diagnoses your system is the same person who fixes it. That technician answers straight to us - Ronnie and Kat, not to a sales quota.
Your comfort and your money matter to us the way they would matter to a neighbor. You probably are our neighbor. We live just outside Buda, and we work across Austin, Kyle, and Buda every day.
Every technician we send to your door answers to us by name. We stand behind the work. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
